Ittakes more abuse than believable, and continues to operate, evenwithout the daily requirements being met, for several days. Itis a fascinating machine, as machines go. But it is an even morefascinating subject, when we choose to care for our bodies asthe temples they really are. They house our mind and soul, andwhen the body is fit, it does its job tremendously well.
